Jennie Englund
Jennie Englund was born in San Francisco, California. Leaving the amazing citrus behind, she has spent the last 25 years in Oregon, teaching writing. As the oldest of 8 siblings, she thinks and writes often about families. A twice National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow, Jennie has studied Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. She has trained fire fighters, coached a Varsity Boys’ basketball team, and has two cats. Though she believes kindness is more important than anything, she does love crafting a complicated villain.
